Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL) has invited applications under Advertisement No. 525 for various positions in the Ministry of Mines under the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting on a contract basis.
Note: These appointments will be purely on a contract basis.

Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Content Writer
- Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Journalism / Mass Communication / English / Public Relations
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in content writing, especially in government departments, public sector or media agencies
- Required Skills:
- Excellent command of Hindi and English languages
- Proficiency in writing, editing and proofreading
- Knowledge of government schemes and policies
- Knowledge of social media and content management systems
- Experience in PowerPoint and presentation design
2. Graphic Designer
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design / Fine Arts / Visual Communication
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience (preference in government or institutional setting)
- Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics / animation

3. Video Editor
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Film Editing / Mass Communication / Multimedia
- Experience: 2-5 years of video editing experience

Interview:
- Candidates who pass the skill test will be called for interview
Note: Final selection will be done by Ministry of Mines
